Welcome to Luxury Memory. By using our services and website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with our services.

Eligibility To use Luxury Memory services, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

By reviewing and accepting these terms and conditions, you affirm that you meet the age requirement and that all information you furnish to us, including your personal details, is honest and precise.

Clients

  • Clients must provide accurate information during consultations and clearly mention any special requests or preferences.
  • Identification may be required at various venues.
  • Clients must adhere to payment schedules and terms as outlined in their contract.
  • The content, including photographs and images displayed on our website, serves solely for informational purposes and should not be considered a comprehensive portrayal of our services.
  • Luxury Memory retains all intellectual property rights to the designs and concepts presented to the client. Clients may not replicate or share these ideas without our explicit written consent. Breach of this agreement may result in legal action.
  • Clients must refrain from making defamatory or negative comments about Luxury Memory or its team members online. Legal action may be pursued in case of violations.

Vendors and Suppliers

  • Vendors working with us have their own regulations and requirements that clients must adhere to.
  • Vendor changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and replacements will be communicated to clients. No refunds will be provided due to such changes.
  • Adjustments to setup for safety or operational reasons may occur without prior notice.
  • Luxury Memory does not assume responsibility for third-party goods or services.
  • If additional suppliers are needed after booking, their inclusion depends on vendor and venue policies, which may involve additional fees.
  • Entertainment services added after booking are subject to venue suitability and regulatory compliance.
  • External service providers, such as musicians or photographers, are booked for a specified duration (usually 1 hour). Late arrivals do not entitle clients to extended service time.

Supplementary Offerings

  • Site inspections or meetings with planners incur additional charges.
  • Postal deliveries must have duties and taxes pre-paid.
  • Luxury Memory is not responsible for personal item losses.

Weather, Sudden Conditions & Unforeseen Situations

  • Adverse weather conditions may result in rescheduling or modifications of services. Proposal dates cannot be changed due to client concerns about weather.
  • Setup adjustments may be required due to safety or weather conditions.
  • If authorities dismantle a setup at a public venue, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, civil unrest, strikes) may allow rescheduling, but 35% of the service fee remains non-refundable.
  • All payments are non-refundable if a proposal does not proceed as planned (e.g., if a proposal is declined).
  • Luxury Memory is not responsible for illness or injuries during a proposal.
  • Clients are liable for any damage to venues or property caused during an event.

Timing and Presence

  • Late arrivals or cancellations result in the forfeiture of services and payments.
  • Proposal arrangements have fixed start and end times that cannot be extended due to late arrival.

Payments & Cancellation

  • Payments must be made in the agreed currency via bank transfer or payment link.
  • A 35% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm a booking, but rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
  • Cancellation within Two week: No refund.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and may involve additional fees.
  • Security deposits for rental items may be required and will be refunded if items are returned undamaged.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, especially during peak seasons.
  • Any price changes after booking will be communicated via an updated invoice.
